During this same White House event, Trump was joined by a group of MAGA crazies including Senator Katie Britt, RFK Jr., and quack Dr. Oz. During the speech, RFK Jr. decided to talk about his disappointment in teenager’s lower semen levels (yes, this is real) while Dr. Oz complained that “1 in 3 Americans are under-babied.”

One reason as to Trump’s inability to stay awake, might be because he’s up all night tweeting. The Daily Beast found that there were only 5 nights in all of April where Trump wasn’t up until 4am tweeting, meaning that he spent more than 80 percent of his nights posting on social media last month.

This is extremely concerning for someone of Donald Trump’s already worrisome mental state, who demands that golden statues of himself be built on his golf courses, as we saw yesterday in Doral, Florida.

One of the accusers, a young woman who, according to the new report, had connected with Swalwell online, said Swalwell would send her message on Snapchat saying, ‘What do you want to do with your future?’” the woman said, and, ‘What are you wearing right now?’”

Kimmel took to the air to respond to the GOP’s wild accusations against him, saying “It was a very light roast joke about the fact that he's almost 80 and she's younger than I am,” Kimmel said. “It was not by any stretch of the definition a call to assassination, and they know that I've been very vocal for many years speaking out against gun violence in particular.”

And then we’ll use your money to pay for a lavish, Victorian-era ballroom so Dear Leader can throw his Mar-a-Lago parties for his billionaire friends at the People’s House.

In the midst of MAGA’s Middle East disaster, with Secretary of State Marco Rubio going into hiding to protect his prospects of running for president in 2028, Jared Kushner has continued to rake in astronomical sums of money. While currently serving as the “United States Special Envoy for Peace Missions,” Kushner reportedly has been trying to raise $5 billion from foreign governments for his private equity firm.

In addition, Trump’s own children are getting in on the grift as well, with Donald Trump Jr. sitting on the advisory boards of both major prediction markets, Kalshi and Polymarket. There has been numerous reporting demonstrating dozens of instances in which a newly created, anonymous account dumps a gargantuan sum of money into a statistically unlikely claim, only for that bet to come true less than 24 hours later. We’ve seen this with Maduro’s kidnapping in Venezuela, and now with Iran. The White House has refused to respond to claims of insider trading.

It seems that the fraud and abuse within the federal government that MAGA was screaming about during the Biden Administration, was really just them all along.

Jo and Tara discuss all of this and more, including the growing MAGA rift, with Tucker Carlson saying: “I’ll be tormented for a long time by the fact that I played a role in getting Donald Trump elected. There may not be words to describe how dangerous this moment is. Republicans, who are currently on yet another Congressional vacation, spent the day downplaying Trump’s call to “end civilization,” saying that he was only joking and would just target Iran’s energy infrastructure.

Except, that’s not what Trump said. As all of us sane, rational people continue to point out the obvious, (while everything we said would happen during the election unfolds in real-time), Trump’s enabling goons in Congress and on Fox News continue to placate his every unhinged whim.

Today’s development closely follows news that Pete Hegseth fired the Army Chief of Staff, in addition to two other Army generals, in the middle of the Iran War. The destruction of this fighter jet, and what may now ensue during the search for the missing U.S. crew member, may plunge the already unstable situation into an even darker place, and could have massive military, political, and diplomatic ramifications for Donald Trump domestically.

This morning, Pete Hegseth made his latest outrageous comment about U.S. troops in Iran, saying “As far as President Trump and boots on the ground, I don't understand why the base wouldn't have faith in his ability to execute on this. Look at his track record." This comes as the Iran War rages on, with the war now completely backfiring politically for Trump and domestically with rising gas prices. The war is now such a political liability for Republicans, that possibly its biggest supporter, Lindsey Graham, has begun backpedaling, trying to convince Trump to ‘wind down’ the war and look for a ‘peace deal.’ You know, the thing we had before Trump launched the war.

Graham, to his credit, was hard at work on the proposed ‘peace deal.’ While he works tirelessly to address the ongoing government shutdown and rising prices, Graham was seen at Disney World over the weekend carrying a pink bubble wand while wandering around the theme park and eating breakfast at Chef Mickey’s.

The Iran War has also further exposed Pete Hegseth’s shady financial dealings. Hegseth’s Morgan Stanley affiliated broker, as the Financial Times reported on Monday, looked into making a multi-million dollar investment into defense firms shortly before the U.S./Israeli attack on Iran. This, along with the massive amounts of money flowing through online betting sites such as Polymarket and Kalshi, presumably coming from those with insider knowledge of U.S. military activity, makes for one too many coincidences. As with all things within the Trump White House, it’s all just one big grift.

Clearly, this is one of those stories that has broken through political Twitter and into the real-world. But how do we know that, you might ask? CNN’s Harry Enten presented the network’s latest poll number findings, showing severe losses in Trump’s base of support among men, pushing him well into the negative numbers. Trump’s biggest constituency (men) are leaving him in droves, caused in part because of Trump’s complete inability to govern domestically, skyrocketing gas prices, his blatant protection of pedophiles and subsequent coverup of the Epstein files, and yet another war in the Middle East.

Everywhere you turn, the average American is feeling the negative affects of Trump 2.0. And while all of this is happening, Trump and his MAGA goons in Congress are attempting to ram through a sweeping voter disenfranchisement bill that would render millions of Americans unable to vote.

Trump, when asked yesterday about ICE invading U.S. airports, had this to say: “They're able to now arrest illegals as they come into the country. It's very fertile territory.” Clearly, (and unsurprisingly) this isn’t about helping travelers catch their flights.

Trump’s MAGA party is quickly losing support over his authoritarian, unilateral decision to drag the United States into yet another Middle Eastern war. Many prominent MAGA figures such as Matt Walsh, Dave Smith, and Curt Mills, the executive director of The American Conservative magazine, are slamming Trump and his White House over their decision to go to war, with Mills saying Trump “could be impeached.”

Even Marjorie Taylor Greene, the former MAGA heiress, came out swinging against the regime, saying “We’re a year in and we’re in another f*cking war and we’ve got American troops being killed.”

The polling has also shown a sharp decrease in Trump’s support since Saturday’s start to the war. MAGA lawmakers and media allies themselves are struggling to align on their talking points, with some lawmakers like Senator Markwayne Mullin and Rep. Anna Paulina Luna declaring this “isn’t a war,” while Pete Hegseth clearly states the exact opposite.

All the while, Marco Rubio made the stunning admission that we only attacked Iran because Israel was going to do it anyway, and Donald Trump rambled about his favorite color drapes in the White House while American troops were being killed overseas during his new war.

At a time when millions of Americans are facing astronomical increases in the price of healthcare, Donald Trump and Republicans in Congress have cancelled votes yet again, this time to avoid a vote on the extended ACA subsidies, all but ensuring a skyrocketing rise in healthcare premiums for the same people who voted them into office.

Even as the White House carries out their illegal attacks on boats in the Caribbean Ocean, or countless videos show U.S. citizens being detained, arrested, and removed by ICE, Trump’s personal army of loyalist political soldiers, they’re lying to the American public with every breath.

As Mehdi says during today’s episode, the starting position with this administration has to be “they are lying until they prove otherwise.” He continued, saying, “With these guys it’s guilty until proven innocent. That has to be the position, because otherwise, you’re just a fool. […] At some point as a reporter you’ve got to say, ‘They’ve lied to me last week, they lied to me the week before, they lied to me every month of the first administration, but today? I think they’re telling the truth.’”

Donald Trump and his acolytes have succeeded in making racism mainstream in American politics. But that doesn’t mean we’re going to roll over and let them win.
