George Conway has thought more about Donald Trump’s mental state a bit more than the average person has. In 2024, Conway started the ‘Anti-Psychopath PAC’ focused on Trump’s mental health, calling Trump a "malignant narcissist" who is “grossly unfit for leadership.”
Media pundits and personalities have pontificated endlessly about Joe Biden’s mental health. But Trump, who time and time again makes wildly false statements and incorrectly recounts information, gets off scot-free every time. Just recently, Trump called Gavin Newsom the “president of the United States,” while ranting about how Gavin Newsom is too dumb to be president (the irony is strong). And just last week, a confused Trump mistook Karoline Leavitt for Kellyanne Conway, mixing up Leavitt’s name for Conway’s multiple times, and never corrected himself.
These mental slips, combined with Trump’s apparent psychical health decline in the form of swollen ankles, a rash on his neck, drooping face, and dark bruising on his hand, add to rumors that Trump’s health is failing.
On this episode of The Siren Podcast, George Conway tells us: “[Trump’s] basic personality disorders are that he’s sociopath. He has no conscience, no remorse, no feelings of empathy for anyone. And he’s a complete narcissist. Everything is about him. He checks all the boxes for a diagnosis for two very, very severe personality disorders.”
