This information included her address, SSN, insurance info etc. Having behaved in a reprehensible manner, he then had the chutzpah to make a big deal out of Sherrill’s refusing to rat out her fellow Naval Academy midshipmen involved in a cheating scandal (that she was NOT involved in). Having never served in uniform, he would not understand that she was following a long Naval tradition that you always have your fellow officers’ backs. I think this episode says more about what kind of governor Cittarelli would make than it does about Sherrill’s character. She went on to a long unblemished Naval career as a helicopter pilot while he tossed ethics and morality aside in an attempt to achieve power (sound like anyone you know?).
