HUGE: Democrats SUE TRUMP to Prevent His Takeover of 2026 Midterm Elections

Donald Trump and his allies have waged an unprecedented war on America’s election infrastructure since the beginning of his second term. Through an endless barrage of unconstitutional executive orders, Trump seems dead-set on tampering with voting ahead of 2026 and 2028, as Republicans stare down a generationally bad defeat in the upcoming midterm elections.

The good news is that Democrats are fighting back. A group of 23 states led by Democrats have officially sued Donald Trump and other members of his administration over their unconstitutional interference with mail-in ballots. This latest attempt by Trump at suppressing and interfering with the upcoming midterm elections came through a blatantly illegal executive order. Not one Republican-led state joined the lawsuit.

The executive order in question directed federal agencies to compile a list of eligible voters, and ordered the U.S. Postal Service to regulate and restrict mail-in voting. You know, the voting method that Trump just used last month to vote in a Florida special election.

Dragging Trump to court will slow down his efforts to steal the midterm elections. Thanks to an army of Democratic Attorneys General and Governors, Trump has a very steep hill to climb before he lays one more finger on our elections.
