No Kings 3 Is Officially Happening: With Indivisible Co-Founder Ezra Levin

Let's make this the biggest protest in American history

On this episode of The Siren Podcast, Jo is joined by Ezra Levin, co-founder of Indivisible, one of the main organizers of the No Kings Protests (No Kings is comprised of hundreds of pro-democracy organizations). After the killings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti, as well as the Trump regime’s sustained occupation of Minneapolis by ICE, the organizers knew the next No Kings protest had to focus on ICE and immigration, with the tentpole event hosted in Minneapolis.

No Kings 3 will be held on Saturday, March 28th. As Ezra told us in today’s episode, “So that’s two months away. I want to be clear. That’s not the only thing that’s happening. We did a training with 200,000 people, ‘Eyes on ICE,’ that No Kings Coalition did 2 days ago. There’s another training that No Kings is putting on that’s similar. If you miss that one on February 5th, I would encourage people to get involved, not 2 months from now, but right now. Go to NoKings.org, find the trainings and find if there is an event in your area.”

Sustained protests and resistance to Trump and ICE are absolutely crucial right now. The last No Kings protest, held in October, was the largest single day protest in American history, with conservative estimates placing the event at 7 million attendees. The organizers of No Kings 3 think this upcoming protest will beat out the current record holder. Let’s prove them right.
