The 12 Democrats Most Likely to Flip the House Blue in 2026

Rep. Suzan DelBene joins The Siren Podcast to discuss the roadmap for Democrats in 2026.

On this episode of The Siren Podcast, Jo is joined by Rep. Suzan DelBene (WA-01) to discuss her work as the chair of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), the committee in the House of Representatives dedicated to electing Democrats to the House and securing a majority.

The DCCC focuses on supporting incumbent Democrats facing tough re-elections, and candidates running to flip districts blue across the country. As we’ve seen so far in 2025 and 2026, Democrats have flipped 28 state legislature seats across the nation and have over-performed in nearly every major election since the start of Trump 2.0, making a Democratic sweep increasingly likely during the midterms.

Just recently, Democrat Shawn Harris won the most votes during the special election for Marjorie Taylor Greene’s old seat in Georgia, which will now go to a runoff.

The DCCC has put together a list of the districts across the nation most likely to flip blue in November and deliver a majority to Democrats, effectively stopping the Trump White House in its tracks.

Jo and Rep. DelBene discuss the importance of supporting these candidates, what a Democratic majority in the House means for Trump, and so much more.
