After Donald Trump started his latest war, this time with Iran, he spent the weekend partying in Mar-a-Lago with his billionaire friends while hiding from the public. Today, Trump spoke about his favorite color drapes while in the White House as 6 U.S. troops were confirmed to be killed so far in his war with Iran.

Trump and his MAGA cult have offered no coherent explanation as to their motives in starting this war, after Trump spent years campaigning on being the “anti-war” candidate, and the “peace” president. Pete Hegseth confirmed today the conflict was indeed a war, after Republican Senators spent the day claiming it wasn’t, before Hegseth and Trump himself said U.S. troops may be deployed to the region.

All of this, because Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as the New York Times reported today, spent months attempting to convince Trump to attack Iran alongside Israel. Not only did Trump do exactly what Netanyahu wanted, but Marco Rubio today said the U.S. decided to attack Iran because Israel was going to do it anyway, meaning Israel was in the driver’s seat on this war.

Trump’s MAGA party is quickly losing support over his authoritarian, unilateral decision to drag the United States into yet another Middle Eastern war. Many prominent MAGA figures such as Matt Walsh, Dave Smith, and Curt Mills, the executive director of The American Conservative magazine, are slamming Trump and his White House over their decision to go to war, with Mills saying Trump “could be impeached.”

We can only hope so. Micah Erfan breaks down this story and more, right here on The Siren Network.
