TMZ is officially in Washington DC, and Republican lawmakers are not having a very good time. They’ve been on the scene for just one day and have already confronted Ted Cruz about his refusal to comment on Trump’s egregious attacks on the Pope and his mockery of Jesus Christ, and Lindsey Graham for his Disney World vacation amid the government shutdown.
More concerningly, two members of Congress resigned today due to sexual assault and rape allegations. TMZ’s presence in DC might be exactly what we need to expose members of Congress who think the law doesn’t apply to them, as legacy media reporters and outlets largely refuse to cover these stories in fear of losing their access.
