Over the past two days, dozens of images and videos have gone viral documenting the current state of the nation’s (once) beautiful reflecting pool. The Trump White House and his Republican cronies for weeks said the pool would be “American flag blue.” But it’s now a darker shade of green than the grass that surrounds it.
