Well folks, the mask is fully off. Jesse Watters, a prominent Fox News host, had this to say about the Democrats: “We have to kick the illegals out of the country, kick them out of the census, and gerrymander to the tilt. Why? Because the Democratic Party cannot be trusted to be the opposition party anymore. They have to be a permanent minority.”
It’s hard to see that as anything other than a call for straight up fascism, 1933-style. Republicans are now openly calling for a one-party state, as Donald Trump and his allies make plans for an illegal third term while gutting crucial voting rights laws and attempting to gerrymander entire states.
