Hundreds of videos of hours-long TSA lines are currently going viral online, with the majority of the comment sections filled with “Trump did that!” and “This is why voting matters,” statements.
Clearly, this is one of those stories that has broken through political Twitter and into the real-world. But how do we know that, you might ask? CNN’s Harry Enten presented the network’s latest poll number findings, showing severe losses in Trump’s base of support among men, pushing him well into the negative numbers. Trump’s biggest constituency (men) are leaving him in droves, caused in part because of Trump’s complete inability to govern domestically, skyrocketing gas prices, his blatant protection of pedophiles and subsequent coverup of the Epstein files, and yet another war in the Middle East.
Everywhere you turn, the average American is feeling the negative affects of Trump 2.0. And while all of this is happening, Trump and his MAGA goons in Congress are attempting to ram through a sweeping voter disenfranchisement bill that would render millions of Americans unable to vote.
And if that wasn’t horrible enough, Trump has now decided to flood U.S. Airports with ICE agents, in an obvious attempt to intimidate and racially profile travelers coming in and out of the United States. Trump, when asked yesterday about ICE invading U.S. airports, had this to say: “They're able to now arrest illegals as they come into the country. It's very fertile territory.” Clearly, (and unsurprisingly) this isn’t about helping travelers catch their flights.
Jo and Tara also discuss Republican Senator John Kennedy’s admission that TSA delays are due to Trump’s rejection of the Senate funding deal, saying “No deals with the Democrats.” The duo also gets into the “SAVE” Act, and Trump’s incredibly corrupt insider trading and war betting scheme.
