Bondi’s performance was so depraved that Congressman Jamie Raskin said this: “I've been in Congress nearly a decade now, and I have never seen a witness act with such contempt and spectacular disrespect for the rules of a committee, members of Congress, or Congress itself. It was like the twilight zone in there."
Outburst after outburst, it was hard to believe that this person was the Attorney General of the United States, as Bondi came off as just another MAGA pundit on TV. In addition to refusing to acknowledge the Epstein survivors who bravely showed up to the hearing (and whom the DOJ has refused to meet with), Bondi screamed about the stock market, insulted members of Congress, and had a document of certain Rep. Jayapal’s “search history.”
